Tastefully and modernly furnished as shown in the pictures, if desired (for a monthly surcharge). This way, you can move straight in without having to carry heavy furniture or assemble and disassemble it. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? Then we will remove our furniture and store it.
You can use our washing machines and dryers in the communal basement for a flat fee of €15 per month.
High-speed internet is available to you for the entire rental period for a monthly fee of €15.
Our additional costs really are an “all-round carefree package,” including water/heating/house cleaning/winter maintenance, etc. – a flat, predictable rate.
No nasty surprises when the operating costs are settled!
We are looking for long-term tenants for a happy, mutually beneficial tenancy, who are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.
Our policy is that we must always check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.) before signing a contract. If you have any negative entries, please let us know before arranging a viewing so that we can check in advance whether we are permitted to rent this apartment to you at all.
