Now I, M. Rheinfeldt, have finally found my new home and already have to move again because I have been transferred for work.
It is a dream apartment in a dream location, as I love nature.
The apartment is approx. 65 - 70 sqm, and the wonderful terrace is certainly 40 - 50 sqm in size.
The apartment impresses with its beautiful layout and high-quality materials.
The apartment also comes with a large cellar and spacious parking spaces behind the building. Each
parking space costs EUR 25.00 per month.
The landlady and the property management are very accommodating and generous. The entire, very
large property is exceptionally well maintained; I have never experienced anything like it.
Ms. Borgolte (mobile: 0176.70286839) also has the keys for viewings, so I don't have to travel all the way from the north. I have already cleared out the apartment and had it painted. The new tenant can move straight in.
