The apartment is rented fully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in everyday life. An absolute highlight for sunny hours is the approximately 12qm² balcony. The kitchen is already equipped with all essential electrical appliances (including a dishwasher) and all cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub. Practical everyday conveniences such as a private washing machine and a very fast Wi-Fi network for working without interruptions at the furnished home-office workspace are also available. Additional storage space is provided by an associated basement compartment.

The rental arrangement can be designed very flexibly. Moving in is possible from September; we can agree individually on the exact rental period (whether a few months or up to two years). Residents here benefit from extremely short distances: cozy cafés, diverse restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets for everyday needs are all conveniently within walking distance. Public transport connections are also excellent. For walks, leisure activities, or the commute to work, the city harbor, city center, and university buildings are close by and just a short bike ride away.
