About the village
Reitland is characterized by an excellent village community. There is a volunteer fire brigade, a darts club, Spielschar Reitland (we perform Low German plays), a gymnastics club and a shooting club. The KBV Reitland is an established and successful club for Bossel and Klotschießer and Schleuderball.

The small village of Reitland is located in the municipality of Stadland between the villages of Schwei and Seefeld and borders the municipality of Jade.
The Sehestedt beach bath not far from the salt marshes and the floating bog, which belong to the Wadden Sea Nature Park on the North Sea coast, can be reached as a popular local recreation area in just 2 km. This gives you that holiday feeling right on your doorstep.
