The offered small workshop is located at the rear of the street and has an area of approx. 36.6 m² and a storage room of approx. 8.6 m².
The installed lifting crane in the workshop is provided for use. Repair, maintenance, or replacement are the responsibility of the tenant. A simple WC is shared with another hall space in the building.
The rental is for a minimum term of two years under an index-linked lease agreement. A flat-rate charge for electricity of €55.00 is added to the warm rent, which is billed via the ancillary costs. Due to fire protection regulations, welding work or storage of easily flammable materials is not permitted. However, a dust extraction system for individual workstations may be used.
