    The apartment house offered by us exclusively directly in the center of Deggendorf was built in 1904 in massive construction and extends on a plot of approx. 280 m². The renovation of the roof truss with insulation took place in 2007. A list of all work done is available and can be viewed at any time. The individual residential units plus garage parking spaces are, with the exception of the attic apartment, solidly rented. The current rental income amounts to a total of approx. EUR 30,000 p.a. plus ancillary costs. A rent statement is also available.
