The apartment is well maintained and bright: laminate flooring in all rooms, walls painted white, smoke detectors installed. The living room and bedroom are separate, and the kitchen has a generous layout.
The bathroom has been modernized: corner bathtub with shower screen, wall-mounted toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and illuminated mirror cabinet, heated towel rail and window. There is space here for a washing machine and dryer.
There is ample storage space: a basement compartment, an additional storage room directly on the floor in the stairwell corridor, and a bicycle basement in the building.
The apartment has its own staircase leading to the attic. The area there is not part of the rental property and is not included in the rent, but its use is tolerated until revoked – a storage advantage that comparable apartments do not offer. The relevant arrangement is part of the rental agreement.
The existing fitted kitchen with electrical appliances can be taken over from the previous tenant in exchange for compensation. Please coordinate the details directly with him; taking it over is not a condition of the rental agreement.
