The property consists of a plot of approx. 685 m², as well as a 2-storey building plus attic. It is well embedded in the center of a small community of Creußen. To the dwelling house, which is partly with cellar, also belongs a spacious annex, which extends over two floors and offers versatile possibilities of use. The first floor as well as the 1st floor of the property are more or less completely gutted and ready to be rebuilt by a creative craftsman with skill. Further development potential holds the attic. The foundation walls on the first floor as well as on the 1st floor are almost the same. Currently, one finds a large room on the first floor, which is well suited as a living room, as well as two other rooms with about 9 m² and 14 m². In the connection of the one room one reaches a storeroom, which leads directly into the annex. From the living room there is the possibility to go directly into the garden. Via the separate staircase one enters the 1st floor, with the same layout. Here, however, the two smaller "rooms" have already been converted into a kitchen and a bathroom with tub and adjoining loggia. Also from this floor, there is the possibility to get into the annex. The annex consists of a former stable or vaulted cellar and a floor above. This floor could be converted into further living space. The exact year of construction of the property can no longer be traced, it was estimated that the house was built around 1900. What can be traced, however, certainly that the building after a fire damage in 1992 received a new roof truss and also the roofing was renewed. In the course of this, one has also replaced in the residential house most of the insulating glass wooden windows and expanded the bathroom on the 1st floor.
