We currently have rooms available (approx. 12-15 sqm), which we would like to rent to motivated career starters or cooperation partners. The rent of 378.- euro plus VAT (450.- incl. VAT) already includes all operating costs such as heating and electricity, etc. as a flat rate. The internet can be used free of charge.
Possible shared use of:
+ Kitchen and drinks (as a flat rate: plus 35.-/month)
+ Own phone number and telephone connection possible
+ Additional conference room available (by arrangement and depending on requirements)
