Already influenced by the Reform style, of historical architectural relevance. Three-storey and four-bay rendered building on a Theuma slate base, the entrance on the left decorated in Neo-Baroque style with a double-leaf front door featuring ornamental grilles, above it an oculus with leaded glazing (stairwell), further ornamental grilles in the base area, the right-hand bay marked on all floors by triplet windows, on the raised ground floor as a thermal window, with a straight pediment above, arched again on the second upper floor, as are the other openings, a string course visually separates the second upper floor, central pointed triangular gable, next to the left-hand bay a two-storey polygonal oriel with a small hood on corbels that disrupts the symmetry.
