We offer top-renovated 2-room, 3-room and 4-room apartments in the Südstadt district of Görlitz. The listed Gründerzeit houses offer space for two to three apartments per floor.
The apartments offered by us are very spacious with a size between 55m² and 125m². The furnishings of the bright, friendly rooms range from PVC flooring to laminate, tile or parquet flooring. In each case, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower, washstand, toilet and a parking space for your washing machine integrated. Almost all apartments have a balcony, mostly on the courtyard side and quietly located. Görlitz - for many the most beautiful city in Germany - today offers a home to around 56,000 inhabitants. Situated directly on the 15th meridian, Görlitz may be the easternmost city in Germany, but it has also arrived politically in the middle of Europe, at the latest with the expansion of the European Union. The European City, proclaimed jointly with Zgorzelec, the district east of the Neisse River, underpins the cross-border cooperation. Situated in the border triangle, the proximity to the neighbors Poland and the Czech Republic is first and foremost. But also the Saxon capital Dresden is only a stone's throw away via the A4 freeway.
Südstadt is the second largest district of Görlitz after the city center. Around 9,000 inhabitants live here. Südstadt is surrounded by the railroad facilities and the Görlitz train station to the north and east, the vineyard to the south and the adjacent districts of Biesnitz & Rauschwalde to the west. Well-preserved and lovingly renovated Wilhelminian style houses characterize the image of this district. The houses along the spacious streets, some of which have front gardens, still give a hint of the sophisticated flair of the Gründerzeit. Rows of trees give many streets a particularly beautiful, green image. Parks and squares form small green oases and round off the appearance. The infrastructure has been adapted to today's needs. Südstadt is home to kindergartens, elementary and secondary schools, and after-school programs. Shopping markets for daily needs, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance. The overall picture also includes the zoo, the Neißebad as well as various restaurants and hotels. The Südstadt is of course connected to the public transport network, streetcars and bus lines provide a fast connection with the other parts of the city.
