Ich vermiete ein kleines Fachwerkhaus (Neudeutsch: Tinyhouse) inkl. Scheune. Es liegt sehr idyllisch in der Nähe der Wupper. Das Grundstück ist 434 qm groß. Das Haus hat ca. 40qm auf zwei Etagen, ist freistehend und hat eine überdachte Terrasse. Das Haus ist komplett möbliert ( mit Waschmaschine aber ohne Spülmaschine, Platz und Anschlüsse dafür sind aber vorhanden). Geheizt wird mit einem Pelletofen und einer Split-Klimaanlage. Zu dem Haus gehört auch eine kleine zweigeschossige Scheune, die als Werkstatt genutzt werden kann. Die Scheune ist aber nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Haltung von einem kleinen Hund oder einer Katze ist möglich.
Das Haus ist über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Ein Bus fährt einmal pro Stunde.

Das Haus ist ab sofort frei.
Die Kaltmiete für das möblierte Haus beträgt 430€.
Wasser, Strom und Heizung sind nicht in den Nebenkosten von ca. 100€ enthalten.

The approx. 400 sqm hillside plot must be maintained by the tenant.
In the house there is a steep staircase leading to the 1st floor.

The house is very idyllically situated in a small courtyard 200 meters from the Wupper and protected from flooding 20 meters above the Wupper.
It is 100 meters away from a popular hiking trail.
