The separate entrance to "Casa Blanca" is located in the area of the covered and private parking space.
You enter our exclusively furnished apartment through a spacious hallway. From there, you can access all other areas of our "Casa Blanca".
The cozy, generously sized bedroom features a queen-size bed and views of the garden.
In the office/guest room, you will find an additional fold-away bed (90 x 200) and a functionally equipped workspace.
The bright and generously sized living/dining area offers access to the well-maintained garden with its own terrace, as well as a cozy dining area and kitchen area with a fully equipped branded fitted kitchen, a modern breakfast bar and a separate storage room.
The high-quality shower bathroom, equipped with a double washbasin and separate toilet, completes our beautiful "Casa Blanca".
The living space is approximately 78 sq m and, due to its location and layout, offers the occupant a high degree of privacy.
The apartment includes a covered parking space and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
