Our 5-person shared apartment is located in a single-family house in a quiet and well-kept residential area of Neumünster. Here you will find the perfect combination of relaxation and good connections – a place where you can feel safe and at home.
The room and the common areas
The room is modern and practically equipped so that you can move in right away:
. Furnishings: Bed, wardrobe, desk and chair are already provided.
. Comfort: Underfloor heating (on the ground floor) and electric external shutters ensure a pleasant living climate and your
privacy.
In addition, the common areas offer you many opportunities to spend time with your roommates or
simply relax:
. Kitchen: A practical fitted kitchen for cooking together or individually.
. Living room: The approximately 20 m² common room is the perfect meeting place and leads directly onto the terrace, which is a highlight especially
in summer.
. Bathroom: On the upper floor you will find a bright daylight bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a short break.

. Bicycle parking space: You can park your bicycle safely in the carport.
. Parking: If you have a car, you can easily find a parking space in the public area nearby.
