The apartment building, constructed in 1970, was extensively renovated in 2025 and brought up to today’s technical standards. The plumbing and electrical risers, apartment entrance doors and roof covering were replaced. In addition, the stairwells and façade were given a new, more inviting coat of paint.
The building has a green courtyard set back from the access road, with a children’s playground. Last year, several old varieties of apple trees were also planted in this courtyard together with the “Lived Neighbourhood” project.
Each apartment includes its own cellar compartment. Residents also have access to a drying room for shared use. The weekly cleaning of the building is carried out by a specialist company. Parking spaces are located in front of the property and may be used freely by tenants.
