The total area of the emerging "4WORK" quarter has approx. 73,000 m² of commercial/industrial space. The property at Rosenowstrasse 24 comprises approx. 7,896 m² of rental space. The quarter will be completely refurbished and built in four construction phases, creating an attractive mix of commercial, office, production, education and apartment hotel uses. In the course of the construction work, the tenants will have individual design options for their future rental space.
Around 500 parking spaces will also be created.
The construction project is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024.
