From December 2026, a modern and energy-efficient apartment on the upper floor, left-hand side, will be available in our four-family low-energy house (KFW40 Plus) in Saterland-Scharrel.
A geothermal heat pump combined with a PV system and storage unit ensures low energy costs. The house was completely renovated down to the foundations and meets the latest energy-efficiency standards.
Tiles are laid in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway, while vinyl flooring has been installed in the living room, bedroom, office and attic.

The rent including utilities is €855 (this includes the monthly basic rent, heating costs and hot-water costs). In addition, there is €100.00 for kitchen rental and an €80 advance payment for electricity.
The additional costs are provisionally €80 until the actual costs incurred have been established.
The electricity costs are settled directly between the tenant and the landlord. The electricity price per kWh will be 15% below the price charged by the local grid operator. The legislator requires only 10%. The tenant does not have to pay a basic fee. I would be happy to explain the tenant electricity model.
A wallbox connection is available for each apartment.
Internet and telephone services are to be settled directly by the tenant with the provider.
