About this space

Some locations need no explanation – you can feel them. Situated directly on the heavily frequented post office and bus square, this distinctive 60 m² commercial unit is located in the absolute heart of Aue’s urban life. Here, where hundreds of commuters, customers and passers-by use the city’s transport hub every day, you are guaranteed attention. In this prime location, your shop window becomes the most valuable advertising space: maximum pedestrian traffic and excellent visibility ensure that your business will be noticed from day one.

The unit impresses with a clever and functional layout over three floors, enabling a clear separation of work areas. While the inviting ground floor provides direct customer contact for your sales or presentation area, the first upper floor offers the ideal space for a quiet office or consultation room. The second upper floor completes the offering with generous storage space, allowing you to keep your inventory discreetly and conveniently on site.

Previously established as a tobacco shop, all doors are now open to you: Whether as a modern concept store, specialised retailer, insurance office or creative studio – the premises adapt to your plans. A particular advantage in the bustling centre: For a relaxed arrival, a private car parking space is available if required for just €30 per month.

Take advantage of this location and position yourself where Aue is at its liveliest. A property with this level of footfall potential is a rare opportunity – make Postplatz the setting for your next success story!
