The office space offered here is located in a new-build complex completed in 2023 to KfW-55 standards and, as it is available for first occupancy, is available for individual design (in consultation with the landlord).
In addition to the office spaces on the 1st upper floor, the ground floor contains retail space (580 m²), while floors 2-6 contain a further 60 (micro-)apartments for residential purposes.
The office space can be accessed via a staircase or elevator and comprises 13 offices (one with an adjoining anteroom) and a large conference room. In addition to sanitary and shower facilities, there is a kitchenette, which will be designed in consultation with the tenant.
