FAQ: Here are some of the most frequent answers to the questions received so far, which we supplement from time to time:
There is water in the house; wastewater goes into the septic tank. There is no heating system; electricity is suitable, perhaps in combination with a wood-burning stove. Mobile phone reception and therefore mobile internet are available; as far as known, there is no telephone line. An access road cannot be built. There are some damp areas in the house and on the rear wall, which can best be renovated using calcium silicate boards.
