The Victoria Tower owes its name to the insurance company of the same name, which had it built in record time, in just two years, in 2001. Nomen est omen—the name says it all, even today, as the Victoria Tower landmark, at just under 100 meters, is still Mannheim’s highest building, visible from far away. The imposing, elongated transparent diamond rises directly next to the main railway station and appears sometimes as a disc and sometimes as a tower—depending on the observer’s location.

The Victoria Tower extends over 27 floors and offers a newly designed, representative lobby with concierge service, which takes care of tenants’ needs and welcomes visitors. The tower is accessible via a separate entrance directly from the parking spaces with EV charging stations and numerous bicycle parking spaces. The ground floor also houses a cafeteria and a café. Six elevators and two glass stairwells lead to the upper floors. The rental-space efficiency is further increased by partially eliminating previously necessary corridors, thus providing ideal conditions for new-work concepts—with light-filled and adaptable spaces, individual, group, or team offices that can be adapted to individual needs.

An eye-catcher: The glazed, cantilevered stairwells in the two pointed corners, the top floor, and the base zone together form a level that wraps around the projecting glass façade like a frame—illuminated in the dark.
