Although the area between the street "Am Grünen See" and the lake is a former residential area, it has been declared by the city of Mühlheim
declared a landscape conservation area. Therefore, various things such as housing, applications for the conversion of a still existing terrace of the former excursion restaurant
"Blaue Grotte" are unfortunately no longer possible today.
