Renewable electricity will be generated on an industrial scale: CO2-neutral, base-load capable 24/7, 100% resource-independent and harmless to humans, animals and nature!

No water has to be drilled, no fracking pollutes the groundwater, no chemicals and no environmental pollution are to be feared with this method.
This is new - even the loss of the borehole or the demolition of the drill head is insured. These plants will make a significant contribution to meeting the increasing demand for electricity in the future.
EUR 25 million or more are being sought for shares in the project company

Current project valuation at 50 MW electr.: approx. EUR 275 million, potentially EUR 650 million after commissioning from 2027.
Financing requirements:
For 2024: from EUR 25 million equity and EUR 85 million FC depending on the number of wells and projects.
Per additional well: from EUR 42 million.
E.g. by the end of 2027: EUR 165 million.

Possibility of subsidies from the EU, the German federal government and the state of Schleswig-Holstein as well as intelligent add-ons at the sites.
Expected return from commissioning: Proceeds approx. EUR 90 million per year at an electricity price of 25 ct/kWh depending on efficiency (WCT-ORC).
An IPO is possible.
Exit strategy: Substantial profits for the investors if the shares are also sold on to institutional investors.
