About this apartment
Available upon request with attractive, tasteful, modern furnishings (for an additional monthly charge). This allows you to move in immediately without having to carry heavy furniture or dismantle and reassemble it. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? We will then dismantle our furniture and store it.
You can use our washing machines and dryers in the shared basement for a flat fee of €15 per month.
High-speed internet and digital TV are available to you for €15 per month.
Our additional costs really are an “all-round carefree package”, including water/heating/building cleaning/winter service, etc. – at a flat, predictable rate.
No unpleasant surprises in the service charge statement!
We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy tenancy, who commit to at least one year, preferably longer.
Our policy is that we must always check your creditworthiness before concluding a contract. If you have negative entries there, please inform us before viewings.
