The spacious 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building in the city center of Zwickau.
Thanks to the very good location in the center, all shopping and supply facilities are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is divided into a spacious bedroom with an adjoining balcony, a children's room, a kitchen with a window, and a bright living room. The internal bathroom has a bathtub. The living areas are fitted with light laminate flooring. The bathroom is tiled in a light color. The apartment has a small storage room in the stairwell. There is no basement room.

If desired, it is possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. For its use, we charge a rent of €20.00 per month.

Zwickau is the fourth-largest city in Saxony Zwickau and the "birthplace" of the Saxon automotive industry. The more than hundred-year tradition in automobile manufacturing began at the start of the 20th century with the founding of the Horch and Audi plants, which were continued in the 1930s and 1940s by Auto Union and during the GDR era by the Sachsenring works. In 1810, the city's internationally best-known son, the Romantic composer Robert Schumann, was born in Zwickau. The August Horch Museum, the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, and the Robert Schumann Conservatory are well-known cultural and educational institutions beyond the region.
