Our two climate-friendly KfW Efficiency Houses 40 plus in timber frame construction
are characterized by a sustainable construction method. Their energy savings and living comfort clearly set them apart from other KfW efficiency house classes. The controlled ventilation system significantly reduces energy consumption and also ensures fresh and healthy indoor air. The environmentally friendly air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Most of the electricity required is provided by the building's own photovoltaic systems. The sustainable and climate-friendly outdoor area with its green roofs ensures a pleasant climate.
The building project consists of two residential buildings with a shared underground garage with 20 parking spaces. There are also 6 car parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces outside.
The "Gabelsberger Straße 11c" building offers a total of 12 family-friendly and barrier-free apartments.
The building at "Gabelsberger Strasse 11d" offers a total of 15 barrier-free and partially wheelchair-accessible apartments suitable for senior citizens.
