Following the ECB’s departure, the building complex is experiencing a magnificent renaissance: The most immediately visible upgrade is to the entrance and lobby area. It is being transformed into a prestigious reception, communication and lounge area – unique in this form among office buildings in Frankfurt’s city center. In addition, the new Eurotheum, with its 31 floors and associated low-rise building, offers ample space for exceptionally high-quality and flexibly configurable office space. Alongside entire floors, comparatively small spaces of just 240 m² can also be rented – an exclusive first for this location. If required, the low-rise building can also be rented in its entirety by a single company as a stand-alone building.
As a special extra, the Eurotheum offers a hotel/boarding house on the uppermost floors, whose facilities are available to all tenants and their guests: including a sky bar with spectacular views, a lounge and an additional conference center.
