Three furnished single rooms are being rented in an approximately 71 m², comprehensively renovated and newly furnished apartment for a newly forming 3-person shared apartment. The offer is particularly aimed at working professionals, career starters, weekly commuters, and people relocating for work who would like to move in without significant furnishing effort. Students and trainees looking for a quiet and reliable living situation are also welcome.
As all rooms are being rented out at the same time, there is not yet an existing shared-apartment arrangement. The future residents can therefore shape living together jointly from the very beginning. Reliable, considerate, and tidy people who value a well-maintained living environment, mutual consideration, and sufficient privacy are sought. Joint applications from two or three people are also possible.

The final furnishings may differ in individual details from the images or visualizations used.
According to the current planning status, the property is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of October 2026. As the renovation and furnishing work is still ongoing, a specific handover date cannot currently be guaranteed as binding.
The final start of the tenancy will be agreed individually and specified in the rental agreement. Should the apartment be completed earlier, an earlier move-in date may also be agreed by mutual consent.
