This property is offered in a voluntary bidding process. The procedure is simple and transparent:
1.There will be two scheduled open house viewings on Saturday, 15.08.2026 at 15.00 and on Wednesday, 26.08.2026 at 17.00. Participation is only possible after prior registration.
2.After the viewing, prospective buyers may submit their written purchase price offer on a bidding form provided by us by 31.08.2026 at 12.00.
3.The stated purchase price of 199,500,- Euro is understood as the minimum bid price and not as the purchase price. The bid must be accompanied by a written financing confirmation or соответствing proof of funds.
4.There are no costs for submitting a bid. No additional broker commission is charged to buyers.
5.After the bidding period has expired, the highest bidders will have the opportunity to increase their offer once in writing within two days (by 02.09.2026 at 18.00). For this purpose, they will be informed of the highest bid from the first round.
6.Afterwards, the owner decides freely whether and which offer is accepted. He is under no obligation to accept the highest bid or any bid at all. The notary appointment in the event of bid acceptance is scheduled for calendar week 38.
