It has an excellent reputation and consistently very high occupancy as a result. The building has 16 rooms across 3 floors: 14 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 family room. A cozy breakfast and lounge area and a covered outdoor seating area complete the offering. There are public parking spaces at the property, another 4 spaces that we rent, and a parking garage with 200 public spaces 70 m away. We offer overnight stays with breakfast. There is a bakery with a café across the street, and the breakfast service could also be “outsourced.” However, because of our personal connection with our guests (many of whom are regulars), we have offered breakfast ourselves. The concept could easily be switched to overnight stays only. The central location is a valuable foundation for this conceptual flexibility.
