The IWR city apartments were built in 2020, are modern and homely in design, and equipped with everything you need when moving to Kirchheim unter Teck. The IWR city apartments are located on the 2nd floor and are accessible without barriers from the ground floor/basement via an elevator. TV and high-speed internet are available.
The sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed equipped with climate-neutral bed linen. A small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, tableware, and kitchen towels is available. The shower room with toilet is equipped to a high standard. Bed linen and towel changes as well as cleaning of the apartment can be booked additionally (for a fee).
There are bicycle parking spaces, a washing machine, and a dryer in the basement. Use of the washing machine costs €2.50 per wash cycle, and use of the dryer €2.00 (as of Dec./2024). Pets are not allowed.
