The apartment is available for rent from October 1, 2026.
It is particularly suitable for 1–2 adults (singles, couples, retirees).

This attractive, particularly high-quality apartment is centrally yet quietly located on the ground floor, on the right, of our 5-unit building. The house is built from 31 cm-thick solid wood and additionally insulated according to ecological building principles. All rooms have daylight and large windows.

The apartment has two inviting rooms (living / cooking / dining, bedroom) and a shower/WC (with a daylight window). The living area is generously proportioned and offers space for comfortable seating; a home office workspace can also be set up. The bright bedroom has room for a double bed and wardrobe. The ceilings and exterior walls made of oiled, solid spruce wood create a special, exclusive atmosphere.

The apartment is suitable for one to two adults, including retirees,
especially people who wish to move around the apartment without barriers. The shower has an especially wide glass door for this purpose. Access from the sidewalk to the front door and the apartment itself is barrier-free.

The apartment includes a terrace, where you can wonderfully unwind from everyday life. A large, private basement storage compartment provides additional storage space. A laundry room is available for a washing machine and dryer. Optionally, one of the 4 garage spaces or the parking space can be rented additionally. A shed in the garden is available for bicycles.

The current energy performance certificate shows the top efficiency class “A”. Some of the electricity demand is covered by the photovoltaic system and distributed throughout the building under the tenant electricity model. The anticipated costs for tenant electricity (PV) are already included in the advance payments for ancillary costs.
The tenant only needs to arrange an individual contract for internet, telephone and mobile phone.
