Location Description:
The spa town of Bad Münder is located in the Deister-Süntel valley on the B 442,
the S-Bahn line 5 (Hannover-Altenbeken) and is surrounded by the forested mountain ranges Deister and Süntel in the Weserbergland, south of Hannover.
The Hamel river flows through the village.
