How long does it take to build a modular house?
The construction time of a modular house depends on the size and design. As a rule, it is between 100 and 120 days from the clarification of all details and depending on how many modules you order.
Are modular houses also suitable for winter?
Yes - The modular houses are habitable all year round and of course also suitable for winter. Thanks to the high-quality construction, the insulation with wood wool and the energy optimization, they are well insulated and retain heat.
Can I move in immediately after delivery?
– Yes - normally after approx. 1-2 days. No long-term construction sites - the modular houses are placed on screw, strip or point foundations – done. We take care of the logistics, the crane and the installation.
