Very nice apartment with terrace in an absolutely quiet, green location near the Duvenhof golf facility, non-smoking accommodation. Parking is available directly at the house. A large selection of shops for everyday needs can be reached by car within a few minutes in the surrounding centers of Willich, Kaarst and Meerbusch. The city centers of Düsseldorf, Krefeld and Mönchengladbach can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car, and Düsseldorf Airport in only approx. 15 minutes. A parking space is available in front of the house. A garage can be rented if required for €50 per month.
The rent already includes operating and heating costs, electricity and the costs for high-speed Internet access via fiber-optic cable (up to 400 Mbit/s upload and download) with LAN and Wi-Fi access. Final cleaning is the landlord’s responsibility, is charged according to the work involved and costs €35 per hour.
An energy certificate is not yet available from the landlord, but has been requested.

The living hall is equipped with a white desk (150 x 80) with a satin-finished glass top, Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access via fiber-optic cable, and optionally a Wi-Fi printer. The VITRO desk chair invites you to work or relax by the fireplace. The fireplace has glass on two sides (living area + hall). Firewood is provided. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer wonderful views and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an integrated dishwasher, an induction hob with extractor hood, an eye-level oven, microwave, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The high-quality bathroom has a walk-in shower; the WC is separate. The bedroom is furnished with a designer bed (2.00 x 1.80), wardrobe, valet stand, large mirror, multi-level bedside tables, and reading lamps. Naturally, a basic supply of bed linen and towels is also provided. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer available for shared use, and there is sufficient storage and parking space for your personal items such as a bicycle or golf trolley.

The town of Willich with its 50,000 inhabitants is located on the eastern edge of the district of Viersen in the vicinity of the cities of Düsseldorf, Krefeld and Mönchengladbach. A lovable and liveable town that was formed in 1970 from the four previously independent municipalities of Willich, Anrath, Schiefbahn and Neersen. It is a young, healthy town with a complete infrastructure and is at the forefront when it comes to sport and leisure, not least because of the popular sports and leisure pool "De Bütt". Those who prefer culture are also well catered for. Castle festivals, exhibitions, galleries, concerts, cabaret: when it comes to art and culture, there's always a little more, and the typical Lower Rhine begins right on the outskirts of Willich.
