****English version please see below *****Furnished temporary accommodation — exclusively for temporary rental for temporary use within the meaning of § 549 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. The apartment is intended for people staying in Berlin only temporarily for professional or personal reasons, e.g. project assignment, secondment, fixed-term employment, guest lectureship, internship or transitional accommodation after a move. The center of life (main residence) must remain outside the apartment for the entire rental period; proof of the temporary purpose of stay is required to conclude the contract.
The bright 1-room apartment in an old building is on the ground floor and was completely renovated in July 2023. It is handed over fully furnished and ready to move into — just bring your suitcase. The rent is a flat rate including furnishings, heating, water, electricity, high-speed internet and TV; there are no separate utility bills.
Rental period: minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months. An extension is possible by agreement, provided the temporary purpose of stay continues. Not available as a holiday apartment and no tourist use.
