Property Description

Furnished rooms for single use in various sizes between 180 and 220 EUR incl. utilities with simultaneous use of the communal kitchen and other rooms.
Only 10 minutes on foot from the UNI campus !!!

This offer is only valid for students studying at a university in Jena.

The rental is always for one semester and, if you like it, is extended indefinitely without notice.
A minimum rental period of two semesters or more should be aimed for.

You are a male student, speak German perfectly, have an interest in German culture and way of life,
like living and studying in a sociable community in your own house (student residence) with your own furnished room,
also like to have a glass of beer with friends and would like to participate in the teamwork in the residence association with other students?
In return for helping out in the association, there is a low-cost room.
