3 weeks = 400.00 € + 200€ flat-rate ancillary costs
4 weeks = 500.00 € + 250 € flat-rate ancillary costs
1 weekend (Fri.-Mon.) = 200 € + 75 € flat-rate ancillary costs

Open-ended lease with one month's notice period = 500.00 € plus 250 € advance payment for operating costs, which will be billed against.

All prices plus statutory VAT and a one-time flat fee for handover including acceptance of 60.00 €.
