Since 2004, Schwabenhaus prefabricated houses have been equipped as standard with a heat pump heating system. This innovative heating technology is combined with a controlled supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery. Already in the basic specification, all houses include all important services for house construction as part of the all-inclusive concept. At the company headquarters in Heringen an der Werra, around 500 employees are employed. In the 45 model homes and sales offices in Germany, as well as at further branches in Luxembourg, prospective builders have access to a team of construction professionals with house salespeople, partner architects, partner financiers, and land scouts. All prefabricated houses are produced at the Heringen site.
