Keeping small animals is permitted if it can be assumed that, due to their nature, disturbance or damage to the rented property can be ruled out.
Small animals of the aforementioned type include, in particular, ornamental fish, small birds, dwarf rabbits, golden hamsters and guinea pigs.
Keeping other animals, including pets such as dogs and cats, is governed by the house rules and requires the landlord’s consent.
