About this apartment
In the new-build development “Zur alten Gärtnerei,” a total of 16 modern, largely barrier-free apartments with two to three rooms and living spaces of 60 to 88 m² are available for rent. All apartments feature an open-plan living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, a practical storage room, and a contemporary bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower.
Depending on the location within the building, the apartment includes a terrace, balcony, or roof terrace. Electric shutters, easy-care vinyl flooring and tiles, as well as a decentralized ventilation system provide contemporary living comfort. Heating is provided energy-efficiently via an air-source heat pump. The building will be constructed to KfW-55 standard.
An elevator connects all floors and also provides convenient access to the bicycle cellar. Each apartment includes its own basement storage compartment. In addition, a shared laundry room with connections for a washing machine and dryer is available.
For vehicles, 6 carport parking spaces and 13 outdoor parking spaces are planned. The charging infrastructure for a total of six electric vehicles will be prepared. A caretaker service completes the offering.
Occupancy is expected to be possible from October 2026.
