About this apartment
You enter the tiled hallway of the light-filled 3-room apartment, which offers ample storage without feeling cramped and provides access to the various living areas.
The modern, white-tiled bathroom with natural light and brown mosaic tiles could become your personal wellness retreat, with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
The spacious bedroom on the east side and the well-designed office or children's room with balcony access make it possible to create comfortable private retreats.
The absolute highlight, however, awaits you at the heart of the apartment: the expansive living and dining area with a structurally separate kitchen, equipped with a modern white fitted kitchen including appliances, as well as a large sunny balcony with unobstructed views of the greenery. Enjoy the mountain panorama after work with family and friends, who will all surely find room on the spacious balcony. In winter, meanwhile, underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth. Thanks to the recently installed heat pump, the costs will remain manageable. The apartment has no forced ventilation and is therefore also ideal for allergy sufferers.
The 9-unit building, built in 2011, is located in the heart of Peiting, so various grocery stores, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, schools, and kindergartens are all within walking distance. Peiting also offers good commuter connections to Augsburg, Munich, or Weilheim, with two railway stations and a well-developed road network. You can park your car safely in the building's underground garage, as the underground parking space is also available for rent.

Location details
Peiting is located in the Pfaffenwinkel region of Upper Bavaria, in the district of Weilheim-Schongau – at an elevation of 718 m on the Romantic Road, where the Lech and Ammer come closest to each other. Despite having around 11,800 inhabitants, the town has retained its village character.
The residential complex on Meierstraße is in a quiet location on the outskirts. Kindergartens, schools, doctors and local shops are nearby. Together with Schongau and Altenstadt, Peiting forms a regional sub-centre, and there are two train stations in the town.
Connections include the B 17, B 23 and B 472. Füssen can be reached in around 40 minutes, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen in around 50 minutes.
Leisure activities are also plentiful: the König-Ludwig long-distance hiking trail leads from Peiting through the Ammerschlucht gorge to Rottenbuch; the town is surrounded by moraine hills and offers sports facilities ranging from an ice sports hall to a climbing wall.
