About this parking space
Two garages are available for use as storage garages.

* Entrance width: 2.45 m
* Internal width: 2.70 m
* Height: 2.03 m
* Depth: 4.50 m
One power outlet is expected to be available in each garage; final confirmation is still pending.
Wi-Fi access via the neighboring house may possibly be used free of charge.
The garages are particularly suitable for storage, motorcycles, bicycles, or similar items.
Permanently installed spacers in front of the garages ensure that vehicles parked there keep a sufficient distance from the door. This means access to the garage is possible at all times and the door can always be opened. Motorcycles can be pushed out sideways.
Important:
If cars are parked inside the garage, it cannot be guaranteed that they can be driven out at any time if vehicles are parked in front. This restriction applies to both garages.
Rent: €80 per garage.
Rent is payable 3 months in advance.
