Available to rent are 2 rooms, a kitchen-diner and a shower room. A 14.5 sqm bedroom, a 22.2 sqm living room with a small balcony and a stucco ceiling, plus a lovely kitchen-diner with a large, cosy dining table, fitted units, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, as well as a large, sunny balcony overlooking the green, quiet courtyard.
There is also a third room and another bathroom. I use these when I am in Leipzig for one night, very rarely—that is, every 6 to 8 weeks. I used to live in the apartment and now live in Berlin. This is, of course, a special situation, so I welcome enquiries from women of any age with whom a good rapport could develop.

The apartment is located on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße between Kurt-Eisner and Richard-Lehmann-Straße, in Leipzig’s popular Südvorstadt, a lively district of Leipzig. However, thanks to good windows and its position overlooking the green inner courtyard, it is still quiet.
When you step outside, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and small shops. An art-house cinema is within walking distance. Leipzig’s floodplain forest is only 7 Min. away and Clara-Zetkin-Park 15 Min. away, making for a successful combination of urban life, established amenities and immediate proximity to extensive green spaces. At the same time, the adjoining side streets with their historic buildings create a pleasant residential atmosphere.
Public transport connections are very good, so Leipzig city centre can be reached in just a few minutes. Shopping facilities, schools, day-care centres and medical services are also located nearby.
