This detached single-family home extends over two floors and offers approx. 102 m² of living space. The layout and two bathrooms (1 bathroom per floor) ensure a comfortable living environment.
A fitted kitchen is already installed and can be used immediately. The basement and attic provide additional storage space. There is also a separate pantry in the basement, ideal for keeping food and supplies cool. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Renovation work is currently still underway on the upper floor. This includes replastering the walls and laying vinyl flooring. The bathroom and WC on the upper floor are also being renovated.
The house is expected to be ready for occupancy from October 15, 2026.
The base rent is €1,700 per month.
The monthly advance payment for additional costs is initially approx. €550. Of this, approx. €300 covers ongoing operating costs and approx. €250 per month covers the heating oil stock of approx. 3,500 liters available at the start of the tenancy. The heating oil stock will be charged over a period of 24 months.
After the 24 months, the monthly heating oil share of approx. €250 will no longer apply. Any additional heating oil will be purchased and paid for by the tenants themselves. Ongoing additional costs are settled annually based on the actual costs incurred and adjusted as necessary.
