The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very well-kept apartment building. The city center with the Galerie Königshof is only 5 minutes away on foot; in the immediate vicinity you will also find a large selection of restaurants, cafés, a cinema and several gyms. The Stadtwald S-Bahn station with the S28 line can be reached in 3 minutes on foot; from here you can get to the main station in Düsseldorf in 19 minutes and to Wuppertal in approx. 15 minutes. The Bahnstraße bus stop with direct connections toward Cologne is only 2 minutes away. The parking space is located in front of the building.
The rent already includes operating and heating costs, the costs for high-speed internet access plus TV reception of approx. 100 channels (approx. 70 of them in HD) and the use of the car parking space.
