Non-smoking guest apartment with its own entrance, located close to the city center and train station. Very quiet location, shopping facilities around the corner. Within walking distance of the train station and the old town. As a rule, parking on the street is easily possible and free of charge.
The rent already includes energy costs. Nevertheless, we would be pleased if tenants behaved in an environmentally conscious manner and, for example, reduced the heating when away for longer periods or did not heat with windows permanently tilted open.
