About this apartment
Please read the following text carefully and only reply if you are interested in communal living.
We are not looking for the classic neat and quiet tenant! We practise communal living and are looking for people who are interested in a communal living concept. Please come to our next appointment on 227 September at 11:00 a.m. There is no possibility of viewing the apartment beforehand. We would like to get to know prospective tenants. The apartment is located in House 26, measures 55 sqm and is on the upper floor.
The apartment is suitable for one or two people.
ATTENTION: WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. The apartment can be reached via three flights of stairs in the outdoor area.
The balconies on the bridge on the upper floor are intended for shared use by the community and serve as a meeting area.

The house is QNG-certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own 4.5 kWp photovoltaic system and its own 5 kW photovoltaic storage system for self-consumption. This reduces electricity consumption by approx. 65%. Water-saving fittings reduce water consumption by approx. 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy to produce hot water. This means that ancillary costs are at an extraordinarily low level.
You should know that we do not allocate apartments on a first-come, first-served basis. Rather, we are looking for people who want to practise communal living and are interested in exchanging ideas. Simply get to know us, and you will quickly understand that we will have a lot of fun together.
Nevertheless, everyone has their own private retreat in their own apartment. We are NOT a shared flat... grin.
