The total monthly rent of €1,110 comprises €830 base rent, a flat-rate operating-cost charge of €110; heating/hot-water costs (€120) and electricity (€50) are charged as advance payments and settled according to actual consumption.
For the application or interview, proof of identity and proof of income/employment are required. A verifiable temporary housing need is also a prerequisite and will be documented accordingly in the rental agreement. Before the contract is concluded, proof of creditworthiness may additionally be requested.
