About this apartment
The fully furnished 4-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and totals 80 sqm. The shared apartment room for rent (approx. 16 sqm) is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk/chair and lighting.
The dining room is furnished with a dining table (120 cm, extendable to 180 cm) with 4 chairs. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a spacious sunny terrace overlooking greenery. A fitted kitchen including electrical appliances is available. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and parquet flooring (except in the bathroom and kitchen). A washing machine is also available in the basement.
The 2 residents are employed. Everyone has their own private space and respects the boundaries of the others. Although everyone leads their own life, there are also lovely moments of togetherness: shared evenings, games, cooking or movie nights create a sense of community. However, there is no obligation to always participate.
Base rent: 320 EUR incl. furnishings + 120 EUR service/heating advance payment and +40 EUR electricity/internet = 480 EUR
Deposit: 900 EUR per room
